We received a ticket from this company despite having paid the parking charge. On our exiting from the premises we got held up but some idiot that parked across the exit. We were there for about 10 mins. We have received a ticket.

We have tried writing to this "company" and pleaded our case but they have refused to close the ticket and insist on us paying £90.00. Which we feel is outrageous.

Any advice?
