This debt is only at the Compliance Stage, so the bailiffs have only charged the statutory £75. NOrmally we advise these be paid to avoid the £235 Visit Stage fee.

You might care to tell us a bit more about your motoring in London and your V5C Registration Address in one of your four threads. You seem to have an awful lot of bailiffs chasing you for money !

I have a notice of enforcement by CDER group on behalf of TFL

It regards to a failure to pay road charge

What are my options at this stage and how should I proceed ?
