If you want us to give up our free time to try to help you, I suggest that you provide some background/context to the case, rather than simply, "here's a link to the letter, kindly do the needful".

I note that the NoE expired on the 6th April... Have you contacted CDER?

This letter regards a criminal matter and is not dealt with on this forum. Get a moderator to move it to the criminal offences forum, but it may not be related to motoring at all.

Can someone help me with the following case

I have received a letter of notice of enforcement on behalf of HMCTS

It says a warrant has been issued on behalf of HMCTS for an unpaid criminal feee

Can someone please advise me further as to next course of action
