Further to my last post. I notice the PCN is dated 28th January, but we are well into APril now, so you are well beyond the period allowed to pay it or submit representations. Have you submitted any representations and also have you receive anything titled "Charge Certificate".

Judging from this thread and your three others you do seem to be in a huge mess at the moment. Anything else you can tell us about why this is so ?

This looks like the location:-

Problem is that GSV is out-of-date here, latest view being September 2022, nearly 4 years ago, so plenty of time for the council to put in a School Streets restriction. These are all over London and normally restrict the street at school entry and exit times, so a morning and an afternoon closure. Your PCN time of 15.34 puts it right in the middle of the normal afternoon period.

So really we need to see the signs, both at the entrance to the street, and also if there are any advance warning signs. Any possibiity of you going and getting photos ?

Can you please un-redact car registration and PCN number, because without them we cannot look at the council video. You only need to redact name and address.

Hi all,

I wonder if you could help. I received a PCN for entering a pedestrian zone but I was unaware of the restriction and can neither see a road sign in the images as per the evidence in the online portal or as per the images on google maps as their images seem to be more than 2 years old. I have attached an image of the redacted PCN if that helps.

Thanks
