Location Westbourne Terrace junction with Chilworth Street South East

Description: Travelling north east on Chilworth Street, no sign in Chilworth Street indicationg any NO U-turn restriction on Westbourne Terrace, only sign being a left turn only blue background white arrow. On turning left into Westbourne Terrace, no signs facing me informing of NO U-turn. Only sign facing me is End of U-turn restriction. I made a U-turn a few yards before the End of U-turn restriction sign.
