I will consider attempting the 'appeals' process, however, I am unsure I could deal with the additional stress and time of having to go back and forth consistenly with them after the initial appeal.

Can you post the NtK on another hosting site?

Can you show us where this was on google street view, or take photos of the relevant signage?

In any event, search back through the forum for 'no stopping' threads for an idea of what to write in an appeal that UKCPS will reject, but will ultimately very likely result in you paying nothing with a bit of perseverance. (Do not include any arguments you might find about 'relevant land' in old threads about railway stations, as that no longer applies.) e.g.: https://www.ftla.uk/private-parking-tickets/ukcpm-cpm-no-parkingno-stopping/

Hi all,

I have recieved a Notice to Keeper (postal - PoFA) on the 13th April 2026 for the vehicle allegedly 'stopping' in a no stopping zone on double yellow lines.

There is no information regarding how long the vehicle was stopped. The vehicle had just pulled out of the car park (APCOA Car Park Leeds Station) located on the same road with no visible signage stating no stopping on that section, nor the correct road marking present, which the letter argues there is.

The vehicle had to stop due to a navigation error which would have resulted in further issues had it not been corrected. It was not to pick up or drop off as it had just been parked within the aforementioned carpark.

I haven't got the funds to afford to pay off this clear attempt at extortion and bullying. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
