Do you think there is any plausable arguement to Council as I missed PCN due to being away?

Likewise, until you explain in more detail we can't offer an opinion.

All you've told us so far is that you were "away".

Until you post the docs, all sides and leave everything except your personal details visible pl, then we can't even begin to think about arguments.

As the PCN was served and received you have no come back really.

Where were you during the time the PCN was served and the deadline to pay or make representations.

For meaningful advice, please to have a read of
https://www.ftla.uk/civil-penalty-charge-notices-(councils-tfl-and-so-on)/read-this-first-before-posting-your-case!-this-section-is-for-council-tfl-dartme/

and post up here all sides of the PCN,
all sides of the Charge Certificate,
any Council photos/video.
and a GSV link to the point at which you entered the CC zone.

Only redact yr name & address from documents - leave all else in.

Are you the registered keeper and are the details correct on you V5?

If leased or hired, please give details.
