I can't see any grounds to challenge this but you can try for discretion saying you were picking someone up.

Post by: tip2toe on April 08, 2026, 05:23:28 pm: I parked the car on SYL to answer my daughter's call. She asked me to give direction to find me where I am. I got out of the car. When I was on the phone I crossed Hazladen street. After I finished telephone conversation and only took 5mins . I turned round looked my car and I saw someone standing by my car taking pictures of my car. I run and caught him (traffic warden) but he already had stuck PCN on my windscreen. I told him I was on the phone and cancel PCN but he carried on taking pictures. He did not speak to me. He left scene in rush with a white car. Thank you for your time for reading.
