We need to see both sides of the NtK.

Redact personal info but show everything else.

Hi

Thanks for your message. Which bit would you need to see sorry? I thought I was supposed to blank out any personal information.

Thanks

Have nothing to do with Debt Recovery Plus. Ignore them.

The PCN may not be compliant with the legislation to transfer liability from the driver to the registered keeper, but you seem to have edited it too aggressively in the post to know for sure.

Hi,

On 18th January, the driver was unable to buy a parking ticket due to the machine not working. It stated that no server was available. There is an picture of this.

On 16/03/26, I the registered keeper, received a letter from a company called Debt Recovery Plus who stated I owe £150 due to missing two payment deadlines.

I realised I had stupidly not updated my address on V5C when moving house. Luckily my landlord had retained the letters and were able to share with me the PCN (pictured). The V5C is now updated

I am yet to contact either Park & Control or the Debt Recovery Plus company.

I would appreciate any advice on this matter.
