The payment required as per the NOR i.e. the 14 days.
OK so would thursday 7th may be the last day to pay the discount?
Whatever it says: date of letter or date of service. If the latter, do not count weekends. Deemed served is two working days.

Thanks. A failure to consider plus their website gives you more than 50/50 in my view.
What do you think of the top right saying "parking services"
So what? We need to see the VRM and PCN details and you need to check the website regularly before the14 days are up.
OK
What exactly do I check on the website?
I have uploaded with the VRM and PCN details showing.

So is the next step to write up an appeal for the tribunal?

I just sent you a pm on what you told me I could send them.
Thank you.

Replied via e mail.
So what do you think of the council rejection letter.
They didn't mention anything about the points I put forward about the missing wording and their dodgy wording.

The council sent me a notice of rejection for the appeal today
-
2nd one.
OK thanks.
Also could I also add in the appeal about the faded "TRAM AND BUS LANE" marking on ground that they show in the CCTV?
Also are we not mentioning the Civil Enforcement of Road Traffic Contraventions (Representations and Appeals) (England) Regulations 2022 in the appeal?
Of course not. Yes to the signage.

So, as per my private e mail: please screenshot the web pages re representations and attempt to enter each of the correct 5 grounds and keep the results.
I did that. Do you want me to email you the screenshots so you can make sure I did it right?

Hold fire as:
1. There is a wording issue with the PCN
2. There is a big issue with their website grounds pages.
Is it to do with the missing words on the bottom left on the first page?
No. See my post in the Flame Pit re missing mandatory information.
https://www.ftla.uk/the-flame-pit/moving-traffic-pcns-missing-mandatory-information-the-london-local-authorities-a/msg102639/#msg102639
What do I do about the websites grounds page for representations not having an option for missing information?
I will PM you my details as I simply do not have time to explain and can only lead the horse to the water.

Oh dear, yet another "satnav-assisted PCN". We see a lot of these, I'm afraid, and people seem to obey the satnav lady like automatons.
This location has appeared on this forum a few times over the years, and even on the old Pepipoo forum.
Their video shows you ziping past the restriction sign at a good rate of knots as if you didn't even notice them. So presumably you also missed this sign as well on approach: -

and this one: -
https://maps.app.goo.gl/BJugHGczKRytV14U8
then when you're almost at the sign, Croydon Council have removed any chance of turning round by making the road on the left, No Entry !!
https://maps.app.goo.gl/QqWDbhHWGPDJfPrP9
It is absolutely fatal to rely on satnavs in London because they are never up-to-date, although this restriction has been there for quite some years now, so should have been on yours if you did regular updates.
Frankly, if you want to fight the PCN, you'd have to take them to London Tribunals and risk the full PCN penalty, because they won't give way, they want your money too much.

Hi got this pcn letter in the post today. I was led down this road by the satnav. Is there any way to appeal this or should I pay the £80 and move on with my life?
This notice they sent me has missing words at the bottom left side on the first page.
