The driver has not been revealed in any appeal wording.
It’s a 24/7 gym which sits next to another building but shares similar bays. They regularly issue people fines for parking in the bays belonging to the other business.

Has the driver been revealed in any appeal wording?

So is the gym open at 11pm?

Hello,
This is the PCN I received in the post.
And below is the response from the appeal.
The other PCN they tried to get me for I couldn’t appeal but was for the same contravention which isn’t listed in their letter before court action.
Effectively it was for parking in one of the bays which is next to my gym and failing to input my car registration. The associated machine is only accessible until 6PM and the contravention was done at a 11PM thus being invalid.

The original PCNs, your appeals, and their responses to your appeals.
Without these, how can we advise?

Good Evening everyone,
I received two PCNs in the post from Euro parking services in December.
I appealed and then obviously it became unsuccessful.
I have now received a final demand before court action in the post.
I have attached an image if anyone can advise on how to proceed further - thank you.
