Hello i posted in haste sorry i did not read the post you linked.

If i could start again please.

i am the registered keeper of a vechicle and recieved a pcn for "parked within a restricted area".
the total time spent there was 7 seconds as a passanger exited.(maybe an extra few seconds as the passanger is just out as the first photo take)
the signs are clearly visable.
