Rather than us advising on what might happen, let's see what does. Come back if you receive a Parking Charge Notice. 2 minutes is well within any consideration period.
cheers, i know im jumping the gun but its just ive had very bad experience with gemini before and they can be very ruthless and petty. hopefully nothing comes of it

There is a 5 minute minimum “consideration period” allowing you to read the terms and choose not to accept them.
It’s not a “fine”, it’s an invoice for payment under a contract which, in this case, the driver did not enter into.
For future reference, never use “I” but “the driver”, but in this case I don’t expect anything will come of it.

Hi
I went to visit a friend at the hospital this morning, its been over a year since i last went to whipps cross. On arrival i drove into a car park and saw it had been taken over by Gemini. I am a blue badge holder and sign said 'blue badge holders have to register at 'Apcoa.co.uk' and scan on the way out. I immediately left and tried another carpark i used to use but that too had same gemini signage.
I was in both car parks for less than 2 mins (cctv will prove this) but im worried gemini will still try sending me a fine, ive had bad experience if them before in the past.
Does anyone know if they have a 5min grace period and/or am i likely to receiving a fine. If so how do i proceed? usually i would contact the landlord who owns the car park but i dont think whipps cross will bother responding.
