The notice does not comply with https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2012/9/schedule/4
9(1)A notice which is to be relied on as a notice to keeper for the purposes of paragraph 6(1)(b) is given in accordance with this paragraph if the following requirements are met.
(2)The notice must—
(a)specify the vehicle, the relevant land on which it was parked and the period of parking to which the notice relates;
As long as the driver is not identified, there is an appeal based on non-compliance with PoFA 2012 to transfer liability from the driver to the registered keeper.
The appeal will be rejected, because they always are. It’s the start of a process which will likely result in payment of £0.

Hi!
I have today received a NtK.
The vehicle was parked within a bay (side lines) however they are saying the vehicle was not parked correctly within the markings of the bay or space.
The vehicle is a limousine (not a stretch limo) so there was some overhang shown (see images)
The photo of the carpark rules they provided on the web link in the NtK is blurry and I cannot make out if there are any vehicle length restrictions mentioned.
Any assistance with this NtK is appreciated!
Thank you!
