Hi all,

I'm in a bit of a pickle, recently received a pcn 53j and not sure if I can appeal this. Unfortunately it seems Google maps has taken me down a restricted road.

Does anyone know any legitimate grounds to avoid paying this fine or would I have to pay the £80 fine.
