That's why I said 'potentially'...
Anyway, no harm in making enquiries now if you want to put it (hopefully) to rest.

Thank you for the response. Can you please clarify what you mean by the last past regarding the 2 offence in play?
I have admitted it.
Even if there were technical issues with their portal and they didnt receive my submission, surely they would take the next steps whatever they would be.
I have definitely not receievd a single letter regarding this. And im constantly checking the GOV website for points etc...

Either you have been prosecuted without your knowledge or you haven't.
Given they have to commence the prosecution within 6 months of the offence* there's no additional risk in contacting them. If they had 'forgot' to prosecute then it's too late anyway for them to start…
* there's potentially two offences in play. (Any s172 allegation (driver nomination) would be roughly 1 month after any request - but also seems past the cutoff to prosecute)

So I was speeding due to extenuating circumstances (no excuse i know). 57mph in a 40mph.
Speed van clocked me. Incident happened in june 2025. NIP letter came and asked me to go online and fill in form to admit if I was driving. I admitted it and submitted form online. Didnt get anything confirm I had submitted this.
Since then I havent receievd anything at all not a letter, not a reminder, not anything saying I havent submitted online etc. Its been 9 months.
Gov website doesnt show any points etc.
Surely they would atleast remind me or tell me I havent replied if it didnt log in the system due ti some technical error.
Please can anyone advise?
I dont really want to call them to remind them considering the speed i was doing.
Clean licence, driving since 2019. No points, no fines etc..
Can anyone advise?
