My wife parked and paid for her parking. However she put in the wrong registration number. She put in the registration of our other vehicle. We appealed on the grounds of putting in the wrong reg one of excells own reasons for appeal. This was rejected despite sending images of the v5 for the vehicle details she put in the machine and the ticket she purchased. Rejection letter states all the usual about their signs. What is the best course of action we want to appeal their rejection. I have can include all relevant images of correspondence if required thanks
