Title: Premier Park PCN - Parking in Disabled Bay without a Valid Disabled Badge - Mitre Retail Park, Wolverhampton, WV2 2AQ

Hi,

Upon entering the car park on a rainy day, the driver noticed pools of water around most parking spots and decided to park in one of the few dry spots, which was a disabled parking spot. The driver parked, did some shopping and left within 15 minutes.On the 9th of February, I, the registered keeper, received a PCN through the post. I got busy and forgot about the PCN until another notice came through the mail, I have uploaded both notices I received, however, I was unable to get photos of the signage.
