Can you post up a copy of the original PPN and the letter of claim?
Redact any personal details.
What correspondence has been made with Premier Parking?
However, as I gather there is no keeper liability in Scotland yet.

Hello,

I have been sent a letter of claim by BW Legal on behalf of premier parking Ltd, for a parking overstay in a service station that occured in Scotland last year, I live in Wales. I was wondering if there is anything I can do to avoid paying this/what options I have. Thanks
