https://www.ftla.uk/private-parking-tickets/apcoa-stansted-fine/msg110678/#msg110678 reads better and seems more professional to me, I didn’t write either of them to be clear.

Hi jfollows, Thanks for the reply. So my reply should be as below?:
This is an appeal by the registered keeper - No driver details will be given. Please do not bother with your known fishing expedition in an attempt to get driver details to try and get around the fact there is no keeper liability (and never can be under POFA).
Due to this being airport land you will be well aware there is no keeper liability due to the byelaws in force and the fact this is not relevant land.
As there is no keeper liability then liability cannot flow from the driver to the keeper and thus is an auto win @ POPLA. Please therefore cancel the notice or issue a POPLA code where you will auto withdraw
If you waste your time asking for driver details this will be ignored and you will still lose at POPLA if you dont cancel the PCN
So let's save my time and yours and cancel this PCN you simply cannot win this (and you know it).
Just thought they might take the case to court with evidence of the driver photographed.
If this is not the case then i can reply as above.
Thanks Rep

No.
How can anyone identify the driver from a photograph? Unless it’s King Charles or Keir Starmer perhaps. The police can’t do it for the rest of the great unwashed, much as they’d love to be able to.

Hello everyone, Just received fine from Stansted today. Took 6 days to arrive lol.The photos taken show both back and front of vehicle including driver. Does this alter the appeal process or declination of providing details of the driver?

Hi DWMB2
APCOA airport appeal that correctly points out the lack of keeper liability pursuant to PoFA
this the only one i found mentioned in post. If there is a better less challenging one can you point me to the section.
thanks

Any APCOA airport appeal that correctly points out the lack of keeper liability pursuant to PoFA usually leads to APCOA cancelling.
I've not seen that particular template before (either here or on PePiPoo) but it would seem to do the trick.

Hello guys just wanted to check if the reply to this fine is the same as the reply when forum was known as PePiPoo?
Express Drop off at Stansted is limited to 10 mins i think missed time limit by 1or 2 mins as flights were cancelled due to Iran war. Somehow payment didn't go through either. Is the reply letter the same as was previously advised when the form was known as Pepipoo? Shown below:
