Please post up the original PCN redacting ONLY personal details.

Thanks for the reply, the logbook was in my name when the PCN was issued but I since scrapped the car due to some issues so no longer own the logbook

I’ve had a read through some of the ones in here and will take a further look

Thanks

Without more details, it’s hard, but please see https://www.ftla.uk/private-parking-tickets/read-this-first-private-parking-charges-forum-guide/ and act on it when you can.
If you are the car’s registered keeper, is its V5C correct?

Also, search the forum. There are probably hundreds of documented case histories for DCB Legal here.

Hi all,

After a bit of advice regarding a PCN I received via the post dated on the 6/6/2025

I haven’t had any correspondence from parkingeye since that month but have had a letter via the post today from DCB Legal regarding a letter of claim

The car was parked after hours in a retail park originally past the business operating hours whilst dark and visiting a local restaurant near this address:
The Range, Pitsea, SS133DU

I can’t attach the letter I received today, if anyone has any advice it would be much appreciated

Thanks
