The signs look clear.

It's a new scheme and they had an 8 week grace but that's gone but you could try for discretion - where did you come from and why?

We'd also expect advance signs saying congestion zone 1 mile ahead or such like.

I've never seen one of these before, are there any wording technicalities?  Going back for signage etc. isn't really an option.
