Following to my previous post(which I have deleted), I want to report my representation has been accepted.

For anyone looking to challenge ULEZ PCN, this might help.

Also, you can use FOI to find which appeal grounds has TFL accepted, those have higher chance to win the case.

Please don't use illegal signage as a reason, although the sign authorisation and TSRGD are quite vague about the charge information, TFL will definitely reject you and you'll need to push it to tribunal, which might not end well.

Thanks for all the members that have guided me, I won't achieve it without you.
