I wonder who this area belongs to, is it Tescos or Local Authority?

You can respond with the following;

I am the registered keeper.

As your notice is not PoFA compliant I will not be accepting any liability for the outstanding parking charges.

The driver is not known to you and I will not be providing any driver details.

Your options are;

Cancel the notice

OR

Waste further money by providing an IAS referral code.

I am sorry that I am unable to help you further.

Many thanks,

Hello everyone. First time using this forum!

I received this PCN where it mentions that the driver of the car at the time parked in a no parking area. The area is marked as "loading only", but the driver was helping a family member to load shopping from the adjacent Tesco. The session lasted 5 or so minutes.

Location: https://maps.app.goo.gl/UoQPR9e1VNdoWeX47

Street view: https://maps.app.goo.gl/qrsJhQ3DdXcDAMJv7

PCN Front: https://ibb.co/Cs8XL6Sw

PCN Back: https://ibb.co/Hp2Fq6m0

I'm wondering if there's any case for appeal here?

Thank you for any help  :)
