The vehicle registration was later logged at 20:29 at the time of leaving.

How long between entering and registering?
Payment not made in accordance with the terms of the signage.
Should be a better description, it could be a number of things.

The images were uploaded onto ImgBB, and the links load on my devices.
- When you click on any of the three links, you should be presented with the image and an option of 'Load full resolution'?
Do the links work? If not, I'll try uploading onto another platform.

Hi team FTLA,
The Ibis Hotel where the alleged contravention occurred, has an agreement in place with a neighboring place of worship to provide free parking spaces for a maximum of 1 hour on the basis that the driver enters their vehicle registration into a digital tablet on arrival.
The driver on this occasion delayed entering their vehicle registration on arrival having forgotten - the vehicle registration was later logged at 20:29:17
- This time has been confirmed by the place of worship who has a digital log of all vehicle entries.
The place of worship is unwilling to approach the hotel as a means of support, and the hotel is yet to respond to contact made.
Does the PCN comply with regulations?
