Title: Britannia's BWLegal. Failure to make valid payment. Saundersfoot harbour

Writing as the registered keeper. The driver must of overstayed there by 20-30 minutes. I didn't know the driver had been accused of a parking contravention until I received a letter from the courts closely followed by a letter from BWlegal with a balance due of £255.

I assume Britannia sent notices previously but they did not reach my address, possibly due to having issues with receiving any post at all around the time.

I have emailed BWlegal for evidence of parking contravention but was replied to with a generic 'sign in to portal' which I don't feel I should have to do.

I have also filed the AOS.

What next? Thanks kindly in advance
