You’re too late for their appeal process.
What’s likely to happen is that DCBL will send you debt collection letters which you can ignore, and then DCB Legal will send you a Letter of Claim to which you should reply. You will then be able to file a defence, and DCB Legal will be very likely to discontinue a defended case. It will take a number of months.
Ignore ZZPS also.

Hi all,
Parking Charge received and would like to know if there are grounds not to pay, or pay a reduced sum, or other course of action, please.
Location: Colindale Retail Park, Car Park 1, NW9 6TH
Date: 08/12/2025
Time Limit to park: 3 hours.
Recorded Duration: 3hrs 22mins
HOWEVER, Parking was indeed 3 hours and I left right on time. The car park was blocked up with traffic so no one could leave, or enter, and the extra time was spent trying to exit. I have video evidence.
UKPC letter dated 16/12/2025 - £60 charge. Notice to Keeper.
UKPC letter dated 30/12/2025 - £100 charge. 'Final Reminder'
UKPC letter dated 13/01/2026 - £170 charge. 'Notice of Debt Recovery' - no longer have the righty to appeal.
UKPC letter dated 21/01/2026 - £170 charge. 'Notice of Debt Recovery' - no longer have the righty to appeal.
ZZPS Ltd, letter dated 29/01/2026 - £170 charge. 'Action Required: Outstanding Balance' Debt Resolution.
I didn't open mail for weeks so was not aware of these, busy with Christmas, life etc.
What can I do please?
Thank You
