Title: Parking Group – Vehicle Overstayed the Maximum Stay period – Newton Aycliffe

Hi,
Just received the parking charges for overstaying. This is parking outside of Leisure Centre which was free up to 2024 and many people are complaining about this and getting penalties for various things.
I'm adding a letter and it seems to be the driver overstayed 80-90 mins as sign suggests max 2.5hrs.

Please advise is it possible to overturn that?
