Okay, so we ignore the final demand notice?
The one you haven’t shown us?

Hi
Thanks, We just received a copy of the original PCN and then a letter from the lease company to ANPR365 passing on our details
Then you need to wait for a Notice to Hirer and post it here when you do.
You can not respond to the copy of the PCN because you are not the registered keeper.

First, please read and act on https://www.ftla.uk/private-parking-tickets/read-this-first-private-parking-charges-forum-guide/

Second, in particular, have you received a Notice to Hirer and, if so, what other documents were sent with it? Probably none, but please tell us.

If you have not identified the driver to “ANPR 365” then it unlikely they have complied with the legal requirements to transfer liability from the unknown driver to the hirer.

Hi all
Hoping someone can give us some advice.
In November we parked in Hemsby beach car park and paid for a ticket on the machine. I have proof of the purchase on my bank statement.
Searching the internet we found other people who have also had charges for the same car park when using the machine.
The car is leased, we received an email from the lease company with the original charge and they had transferred liability to us.
My wife missed the email so we missed the appeal date.
I emailed the company but have had no response.
We have now had a final demand letter wanting £170 to be paid in 14 days and no chance of appeal.
Can anyone advise on our next steps as we really don’t want to pay it?
