Until we've got some idea of the circumstances we cannot help -we don't know if it concderns a private PCN, Council PCN. or something else.

Please give some account.

You're going to have a give a bit more to go on that that....

And ECP suggests this is a private not council PCN, so it's in the wrong forum.
