Morning - Just wondering whether there are basics checks for appeal? I'm going to ask for photos ( this is when I went back) but I do feel a little hard done by. I park here regularly, I suspect it is because of encroaching the pavement. The road is narrow and so is the space (does this mean I cannot use it) Also I have a photo of a car that didn't get a ticket unlike me.

Please post the PCN, but I suspect it will be for parking off-carriageway, an offence in London since the 70s and requires no lines or signs.

Thanks for the reply!

Pic hopefully shows now.

Ah, now I get it. Beverley with its fine Minster !  A quick look at GSV shows off-carriageway parking bays, and they are visible in the photo you posted, showing your car too far onto the footway and outside the bay markings by about 12-15"

I tried to find the photos for your PCN on the East Riding website, and it just has to be the most useless website I've ever experienced, so I gave up. I suggest you submit reps stating the contravention did not occur.
