Hi all,

I received a PCN from Tower Hamlets council for turning right into a street that is designated as a pedestrian zone between certain hours.

The location is turning from Buxton street (heading west) into Brick Lane (heading north).

There is a no right turn sign on Buxton street indicating the restriction, but it is sited before the junction near another junction.  At the junction itself confusingly there is a no left turn sign but there isn't a no right turn sign.

There are signs either side of Brick Lane indicating the restriction but they are mounted high up and are not angled so they are easily visible from Buxton Street.  At night, when the incident occurred, the signs are too high to be illuminated by car headlights.

This google drive folder contains the original PCN (including the councils video), my dash cam footage, my appeal letter, the councils response and my draft letter to the Adjudicator.

I intend to take this to the adjudicator.  Before I do, any advise or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!
