TfL red route loading bay, stoke newington high street code 46

hi there every one ,  in need of some superior knowledge again.


i remember stopping at this loading bay to deliver beer to the pub next to the bay. i arrived before 4pm  but the pub took ages to open the door to me and give me the empties and i ran over into 4:12 on the letter.



maybe the clock in the vans slow but i thought i arrived at 15.50 and have enough time ,  i still thought i should have been fine finishing loading as i stopped before 4. londons not my normal area at all


any help to if anything an be done, but 80 quid for 10 mins and pretty much most of my days wages is a killer

Their sole evidence is a video. You can phone them and ask for it, quoting the PCN Number. This puts the PCN on hold for 2 weeks, which gives us time to look at it and also TfL's processes. A "technical" appeal is probably what will win this for you, not anything related to the contravention itself.

So lets see the video and the ferrets on here will try to see what appeal you could submit.

You had 10 mins grace after 16:00 so they are correct in waiting til 16:12 (or 16:11).

They may consider discretion as you were loading and if you can provide paperwork.

i can try and get paper work for that day ,  the pub wasted ages ignoring me at the window that would have been enough to be within time

will get on with that phone call and paper work etc  :)
