Yes there is. Do not pay the Charge Certificate (CC). Wait until the period for its payment has expired, then check the PCN status every week until you see that an Order for Recovery has been sent to you. Alternatively you can phone the Traffic Enforcement Centre, (TEC) about every 7-10 days to ask if the PCN has been registered. Once it has, you can submit a Witness Statement that you submitted representations, but did not receive a letter of rejection. The form can be downloaded from TEC, annd is Form TE9.  TEC will then cancel the CC, advise TfL and the matter must then be passed to the adjudicator at London Tribunals for a decision.

I want to say a big thanks for putting through on this.

The matter has now passed to the adjudication at London Tribunals for decision as you mentioned, but what amazed here is that the TfL added all the missing letters as their evidences to their claim. The rejection letter, another letter that removed the discount. As i did not see all these letters, do I need to write the Tribunal before taking their decision.

Thanks you
