Hi Here is link of the first letter i recieved. I think online i saw they put a pcn sticket but when i got to car definately wasnt on there was a as stormy night.

could you wonderful people help me to get out of this, havent been living at address this was sent too for reasons as ive been away and burried my head in the sand pretty much this year to personal reasons but back now and trying to face this junk.

this was first letter i think relating to 2 cases as shown in images to my last letter recieved.

PCNs for Congestion Charge transgressions, (i.e. non-payment), are sent by post, so please post them up and any other documents you have received before this bailiff letter.

Ignoring stuff like PCNs is never a good idea, as the mill wheels of Transport for London grind slowly, but very finely.

Please tell us more about the original contraventions. You should have received three statutory documents for each PCN: -
- PCN
- Charge Certificate
- Order for Recovery

If you recieved none on the above, then you need to check the address on the V5C Registration Certificate for the car. The most common reason we see on here when people post with bailiffs at their door is failure to keep the address on their V5C up-to-date

These are only have letters i have, log book was changed at one point. As moved address , also had mail direction in place. Did have some other letters go missing in this time. Car is now sold
