Hello ALL,

Thank you for reading.
1.)I received the PCN,
2.) made an representations
3.) Received the Charge Certificate, do not receive of Notice of Rejection
3.) request for the resend of the Letter of reject and Video Footage
4.) received the Statutory Declaration

Summarize:
Due to roadwork, two lanes were blocked, leaving only the outermost lane open, which caused a significant traffic jam. The original pickup point for the hotel, located in the left lane, was inaccessible because of the road closure. It took approximately 30 minutes to make a full loop around the area without finding a viable stop near the hotel.

Following other vehicles, I eventually made a right turn, as the roadwork signage appeared to direct traffic that way. However, the signs were somewhat misleading, suggesting that a right turn was the intended route.

The traffic was dense, with vehicles closely following each other, making it difficult to see road markings. Large vehicles, including double-decker buses and heavy lorries, also added to the congestion and further obscured the signage along the left side of the road.

The location:

So you made a statutory declaration?

The case should then have been referred to London Tribunals as you didn't get a rejection.

And?

@george make a subject access request to dpo@tfl.gov.uk asking for a copy of the notice of rejection to be emailed to you, that way you should be able to get an appeal registered with the tribunal before TEC even process your statutory declaration. Don't forget you'll need to provide proof of ID and proof of address, normally a scan of your driving licence and a utility bill will do.

Once you have the notice of rejection let me know and I can sort out the appeal for you.
I practice law in the Traffic Penalty Tribunal, London Tribunals, the First-tier tribunal for Scotland, and the Traffic Penalty Tribunal for Northern Ireland, but I am not a solicitor nor a barrister. Notwithstanding this, I voluntarily apply the cab rank rule. I am a member of the Society of Professional McKenzie Friends, my membership number is FM193.

Thank you for your reply.
I have request the resend of the letter of rejection.
TFL already mailed the copy of Letter rejection to me.
Should I request to dpo@tfl.gov.uk asking for a copy of notice by email ?

The status on TFL's site shows that the order for recovery was issued on 1 November.

So you can make the declaration.

Now I realized I should appeal to London Tribunals before registered to TEC.
