My partner has received 6 PCNs for the same contravention which occurred on 6 different days. He had made this journey several times before and did not notice there was now no right turn on Stratheden Road.
He was coming from Prince of Wales Road and at the traffic light there is a sign of no right turn alluding to Shooters Hill Road. At the entrance of Stratheden Road, there are also 2 no right turn signs (on each side) but it is confusing and he assumed it is again alluding to no right turn on Shooters Hill Road.
There is no sign informing drivers it is ahead only, except writing on the road which is easily missed.
There's no sign as you are about to make the right turn as well informing you that it is prohibited.

My partner was only alerted after receiving the first PCN but unfortunately had already gone through another 5 times.

He has burried his head in the sand but this is not going away. Please could I have some help to try and fight these 6 PCNs?

I have read in another post that the videos should be requested from TFL, so I'll get onto that first thing tomorrow.

The deadline to make representation is very soon, I have calculated 11/03/25.

I'm attaching the first PCN only as they are all pretty much the same.

Thank you

PCNs dated between date of first PCN and the date that first PCN was received should be appealed on the basis of disproportionate penalty as contravention was unknown until the first PCN arrived. He might get those cancelled provided he commits to paying the first one.

Main thing is not to ignore these PCNs or he'll get a really BIG bill later.

Thank you. Should I appeal the first pcn and ask for reconsideration on the other 5, or should I appeal each separately?

I have requested all footages and I was told enforcement is paused for 14 days.
