Parked on a single yellow line, with disabled badge in car window 11.45, came back to car and had been issued a ticket.
There were other cars parked on the same stretch of road with the disable badge, but I was the only one issued with a ticket.

You parked on a yellow line when there were loading restrictions.

The council's pics show only the kerbside and there are two clear yellow kerb blips by your car.

You took a pic of the no loading sign but the CEO didn't.

Thank you.  I am still a bit confused as to why my car was the only one with a ticket.

Is this worth contesting?

Interesting to see that GSV shows cars with BBs parked in the same place with the same signs as there are now !

It's probably not worth taking this to London Tribunals unless somebody here can suggest a 'technical' appeal based on Enfield mismanagement of the enforcement process. Certainly no harm in submitting reps asking why your car was the only one ticketed, when there were <nn> cars parked in the same place as yours. What does seem noticeable is that the two yellow kerb blips by your car are freshly painted, but the others are quite worn.

It could be that the other vehicles parked up after yours was ticketed.
