TfL being in a bue lane Streatham High Road North SW16

Hello I have a blue badge for mental health and sometimes I see things others don't and can't see things others can.

I've managed to rack up 4 TfL PCNs and this is the second - being in a bus lane on streatham high road near the big tesco/ streatham common.

I think I was turning to go into the tesco but I don't remember but this is right at the end of the bus lane.

Please can you help me?

Clear signs for the bus lane, plus good carriageway markings. Did you just miss the bus lane sign, or did you turn too early into the bus lane in order to get to Tesco ?

This bus lane pcn has been cancelled at the enforcement notice stage.

For anybody that’s interested I used the no upright sign in the photos defense.

You've done well, because this appeal argument is not a guaranteed winner, and certainly unusual to cancel at the council stage.
