I have sent the information to the council with evidence to back this up and I will post a reply as soon I receive it.

It's unclear what you havr sent to the council and why.

If you post the PCN then the council photos can be downloaded. This may give a clue.

Was the BB on display, and the clock.

Street View is 7 years out of date and dates feom when this scheme was being implemented.

Given the lack of signage it is likely the area is a controlled parking zone and it is the instructions on that signage which determine restrictions.

You'll need to show us the PCN (no redactions), everything you send to the council, and their reply. If you only show us their reply, there is literally nothing we can do with that.
I practice law in the Traffic Penalty Tribunal, London Tribunals, the First-tier tribunal for Scotland, and the Traffic Penalty Tribunal for Northern Ireland, but I am not a solicitor or a barrister. Notwithstanding this, I voluntarily apply the cab rank rule. I am a member of the Society of Professional McKenzie Friends, my membership number is FM193 and I abide by the SPMF service standards.
