Add the service of the charge certificate to grounds as they must not serve one after they have been notified of the appeal but the short time between the appeal lodged and the CC date may be deemed acceptable by the adjudicator.

I submitted my appeal to London Tribunals on the 27 March.

How, online, email, post?

Yes, the crossover with dates could account for the matter of ISSUING the CC. BUT IMO there is another issue.

Have you heard from the council subsequent to being served with the CC?

IMO, it is against the principles of fairness for them to not notify you that the CC has been cancelled. Not everyone accesses this forum and so could be panicked into thinking that the CC was the result of your appeal submission having been refused or that the authority still has a role to play.

What does their website say is currently owed? If £240 then take a snapshot.
