Salter's Hill, Lambeth, Failing to give way
« on: »
Someone has asked me to post this but as the last car following blindly through I can't see a case although the incoming car didn't seem to slow much and some adjudicators do allow 'borderline' appeals.

Is there anything on Lambeth's PCNs that can win. I don't have the PCN but can probably get it if the person can take pics. The website representations look OK.

Hi thanks for your help with this. I’m attaching the pin and images. I’ve been away and just realised I’ve only got until tomorrow to dispute it at the reduced rate according to the posted PCN I received, however, looking online, it seems to show that I have until Tuesday 25th Feb to pay at the reduced rate?

Any help or advice with wording would be massively appreciated

We usually win on their website issues which include wrong dates of increase and illegal threats further down the process.
@Incandescent!

I AM ABLE TO TAKE ON MORE CASES AS A REPRESENTATIVE AT THE LONDON TRIBUNALS. I HATE RETIREMENT.

There are "known knowns" which we may never have wished to know. This applies to them. But in the field the idea that there are also "unknown unknowns" doesn't apply as they hide in the aleatoric lottery. I know this is true and need to be prepared knowing the "unknown unknowns" may well apply.
