Hi All

Looks like I've become a cropper on this one, but thought I'd check in here before at least putting a representation in and then coughing up the dough.  Won't say too much as don't want to incriminate myself, except that in the rush looks like I completely missed the big yellow thing and even used the RingGo app to park.  Returned to the vehicle shortly thereafter to see a nice gift attached to the windscreen.

Thoughts or any suggestions?

How you missed the suspension sign that is right next to your car is beyond me !

However, all may not yet be lost. Please post a GSV link to the exact location so we can check what the parking restrictions are there.

I was in a rush and had also just 'politely' told another motorist who'd selfishly parked right in the middle of both spaces to move his car backwards/forwards.....so my my focus was elsewhere.

Rush or no rush, the sign is bright yellow and mounted on the same pole as the sign for the bay restrictions. Frankly, I see no appeal argument against the signing of the suspension, but there may be a 'technical' appeal based on Redbridge mismanagement of the enforcement process. However, the PCN looks compliant with the regulations on its content.

Any colour on this 'technical' approach?

Wait for the NTO as discussed.
I REGRET THAT, FOR THE PRESENT, I AM UNABLE TO TAKE ON ANY MORE CASES AS A REPRESENTATIVE AT THE LONDON TRIBUNALS. THIS IS FOR BOTH PERSONAL AND LEGAL REASONS. PLEASE DO NOT PM ME UNLESS YOU HAVE POSTED YOUR THREAD ON THE FORUM AND I WILL ATTEMPT TO GIVE ADVICE.

There are "known knowns" which we may never have wished to know. This applies to them. But in the field the idea that there are also "unknown unknowns" doesn't apply as they hide in the aleatoric lottery. I know this is true and need to be prepared knowing the "unknown unknowns" may well apply.

NTO received....but without the discount!!

NTO (redacted)

(It's more than very likely that I may not have told my better half, the registered keeper, about this particular PCN.)

Having been issued the original PCN via the windscreen and a representation not submitted within the 14 days, should the penalty charge in the subsequent NTO have been re-offered at the discount or full?

They are not obliged to reoffer the discount. I would check what the website says though.
