What parking permit and from whom? Are you a new resident and your permit, not visitor's but resident's, was in the house?
Where had you lived previously e.g. type of property etc. and why did you have furniture in storage?
I can write an account, but no idea whether it fits the facts e.g. been living in temporary accommodation and using visitor's permits while my purchase of **** was completed. Having completed I began moving my belongings, from my home and from storage, I had already applied for a resident's permit which was inside the house etc. When the CEO saw my car on my first visit(one of many I made) I was in the process of unloading items, (**** if I recall) and was inside the house. I accept that I was displaying a used visitor's permit which I'd forgotten to take down but was in the process of doing so once I'd unloaded from this trip...etc.
