Author Topic: Redbridge, code 47 stopped on restricted bus stop, Cranbrook Road at Gants Hill Roundabout  (Read 723 times)

This vehicle was seen stopping at a bus stop inside a bus lane (outside of the restricted times for the Bus Lane)

However, I noticed the bus stop yellow rectangle:
1. Doesn't end
2. Is broken off near the pavement

Is this bus stop PCN enforceable?

PCN, please, all sides, with only name and address redacted.

Here is the sign for the bus stop: -

I don't think just having this part of the marked-out area missing is a winner on its own, but others may differ: -

It seems to have been deliberately painted out. Of course you can put this into your representations, to see what they say about it. Your own vehicle, (marked in the photo), is well inside the bus stop markings.

What was your reason for stopping there ?

@Psychicwin - any updates on this?

Sorry guys, I just ended up paying it

Sorry to hear this.
@Incandescent!

I AM ABLE TO TAKE ON MORE CASES AS A REPRESENTATIVE AT THE LONDON TRIBUNALS. I HATE RETIREMENT.

There are "known knowns" which we may never have wished to know. This applies to them. But in the field the idea that there are also "unknown unknowns" doesn't apply as they hide in the aleatoric lottery. I know this is true and need to be prepared knowing the "unknown unknowns" may well apply.
