There are "known knowns" which we may never have wished to know. This applies to them. But in the field the idea that there are also "unknown unknowns" doesn't apply as they hide in the aleatoric lottery. I know this is true and need to be prepared knowing the "unknown unknowns" may well apply.

Hippocrates just emailed me the result of  my July1st  London Tribunal hearing into said schools street contravention on Sydney Road Barkingside last November and the appeal was allowed! On the basis of inadequate signage.

"signage cannot in his case have adequately conveyed the restriction to even a diligent motorist in time. There was too much to see, take in and respond to"

Absolutely the right decision and huge thanks to Hippocrates in particular who has been of immense help in this and without his help I most likely would have opted to pay the reduced charge. Now in future I would have the confidence to take the challenge on myself with the advice of the learned folks on here who are doing an amazing job. Thanks again!
