Video shows a clear contravention, and you were going slowly enough to have seen the 'Flying Motorbike' restriction signs, so not really mush to go on at all. As GSV is not up-to-date, it's up to you to revisit the location to tell us if there are any advance warning signs. If these are not present it makes your case stronger, but the video is pretty clear.
