Thank you all for your help with this!

So after more than a year of fighting FTL for escalating the PCH to a charge certificate whilst I was awaiting the CCTV footage to be sent, a judge has ruled that the charge certificate should be cancelled via an N244 application ( I didn't fill out the first one very well!). I then travelled for a week and came back to a letter from TFL that they have referred the case to London Tribunals. Is that the correct step for them to take? They didn't even take time to engage directly with me again. I thought that was the whole point of the judge's order? and they are asking for £160 from the adjudicator when my whole argument was, I contacted them with the 14 days and so at the very least, I should have still the 50% discount as they sent a charge certificate before any of the evidence ever made it tome. Evidence I had to chase at least 3 separate times!

Are they allowed to take it to the adjudicator without engaging with me?

Is your car the white(Tesla?) in the video?

If so, you seem to be bang to rights because you entered and then stopped in a YBJ due to the presence of a stationary vehicle.

What's your defence?

TfL's actions are determined by the grounds on which you submitted your SD. If these were 'made formal reps  ut did not receive a response' then TfL's obligation is to refer the matter to the adjudicator.

We need to see the relevant parts of their evidence to the adjudicator, copied to you.

Its a Jag but yes, its the white one. I know the route so well, the traffic had just started moving, there was no need or expectation of stopping. The problem is that about 4 cars ahead, another car stopped to allow right turning cars to come into the road which caused traffic to cease. But otherwise the reasonable expectation was that traffic would keep on flowing.

Yes, I did tick that I didn't get a response from them. Will attach the documents tomorrow.  Thicker than my thumb!
