Really struggling to think of a strong (or any!) defence on this one. Best I've got is that your vehicle doesn't seem to stop for much continuous time. For a contravention, you have to stop behind a stationary vehicle. If you watch the video through, there are very few moments when both your vehicle and the one in front are simultaneously at complete rest. But if you look hard enough there are some brief occasions and, in the context of the video which looks pretty damning overall, that's probably going to be sufficient to demonstrate the contravention.
Maybe some bright ideas might be generated by others.
