Quick question regarding 52m and signage
« on: »
Hello guys, I have a quick question regarding the 52m contravention signage. I know it’s a flying motorbike sign but can this sign also be used under code 52m even though it looks more like a bus gate signage?

If you have a pcn let us see all pages. Cover up only your name and address
I help you pro bono (for free). I now ask that a £40 donation is made to the North London Hospice before I take over your case. I have an 85% success rate across 2,000 PCNs but some PCNs can't be beaten and I will tell you if your case looks hopeless before asking you to donate.

It’s a hire vehicle so the rental company has the pcn atm but sent me a picture, it is in the process of being transferred over into my name so I will post up once that’s come through. But so far all I can say is the video evidence they have do not show the signage as it’s attached to the same pole as the sign and it’s from city of london.

Update:

So city of london have rejected the hire keeper liability transfer. Even though redbrdige council have accepted it when they issued a pcn couple months ago. Also they state they reoffered the discount for 21 days but on their website pcn shows full payment for 130£. Please advise on next steps.

They also state something about hire agreements taken from TMA 2004 but I searched the TMA 2004 and found nothing regarding hire agreements.
